Language needn’t be a minefield
Nobody wants to feel excluded or say the wrong thing. Our inclusive language programme opens the conversation and identifies blind spots in your organisation that can promote negative stereotypes and discrimination against gender, sexuality, race, ability, disability, age, and class. Workshopping as a team, participants will gain an awareness of emerging language sensitivities and learn how to deal with potentially problematic language.
