We are BACKLIGHT

A culture change agency that helps companies become more inclusive across all intersectionalities by fostering engaged workplace environments where your people feel valued and the work they produce connects with a wider consumer audience.

Established by Lydia Amoah, Founder of the universally acclaimed Black Pound Report, we advise and create bespoke workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that:

  • Increase profitability and performance.

  • Deliver evolving, positive change.

  • Help brands create better products, services and campaigns with a broader reach.

  • Drive inclusive recruitment.

  • Transform the workplace into a happier, more productive environment.

 We make change happen.

Within 30 minutes of our initial conversation, we can carry out a basic cultural audit that assesses the current landscape of your business, any workplace challenges and how they impact on your people and the work they produce.

We can tell you what’s going well, where there’s room for improvement and create a roadmap with a timeline that will help you reinvigorate your teams and enrich your brand.

Walking by your side throughout your journey of change, we’ll give you the tools you need to embed inclusivity into your workplace; and we’ll give you the know-how to build campaigns and communications that culturally hit target.  You’ll also receive an industry-recognised DEI framework that sets you apart as a business that openly celebrates the diversity of its people.

It starts with a conversation

Initial consultations last 30 minutes
